Chocolate factory violates clean-air regulations.

The head of the Smell and Taste Treatment and Research Foundation says "Chocolate smells put people in a relaxed state." But the E-P-A says inhaling high concentrations of the plant's emissions can harm children, the elderly and people with heart or lung disease.
