It was my job to do various tests to ascertain if applicants could do the jobs in the steel mill. We had plenty of females come in there and apply. Every single one passed. There weren't any lightweight jobs in that steel mill. You had to be able to lift a certain amount of weight, the same as any man. So much for your theories, guys. <br /><br />Having said that, I think this is absolutely ridiculous PC nonsense. The warning sign is more important than the wording.
