Biggie Smalls shot in a copycat drive-by

Biggie Smalls the cat - named after the US rapper gunned down in a drive-by shooting - has itself become the victim of a street shooting.

Two-year-old Biggie was blinded in one eye after being hit by airgun pellets fired by thugs.

Five other cats have been killed in similar attacks over the past five months in St Austell, Cornwall.

Biggie's owners, who wish to remain anonymous, said: 'We're deeply shocked and saddened that our lovely Biggie has been used for target practice in such a sick way.'
