Why is that not allowed? It looks awesome! The only thing missing is a monocle. I can only presume it's not allowed as everything else would seem pale in comparison.
It just reads;No smoking, no dronking, no skateboarding and no dogs. Its just like every shopping mall everywhere (well, except those women hating places)
