Man shot for fourth time at same location

Records reveal the 35-year-old victim was first shot in a dispute at Tubman Terrace in May 2000, taking rounds from a 9mm pistol in his arm, thigh, foot and groin. In August 2002, the man was shot once in the back. In November 2002, he was shot once in the arm. And Saturday, the man suffered multiple gunshot wounds again. All four shootings happened in front of buildings in the housing complex or in the parking lot.
