Woman faces court over rail line drive

A Brisbane woman who allegedly drove a car onto a railway line, honking her horn at a train in front of her, has been charged with dangerous driving.

Janelle Sharon Randall, 53, a real estate agent from Tingalpa, in Brisbane's east, faced Brisbane Magistrates Court today on one count of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.

The alleged offence occurred on July 16 this year.

Police said in court documents that Ms Randall was adversely affected by an intoxicating substance at the time.
