A vengeful wife put her estranged husband's dog in a home - and flushed his prized spiders down the toilet, a court heard.
Mark Gwilliam claimed she acted after he sent her a postcard demanding the return of his pets.
But the card broke an earlier court order banning him from approaching the marital home in Coleford, Glos.
Gwilliam, 32, admitted breaching the order and was remanded on bail by Gloucester JPs.
