In Sydney to launch the grape season, Spalding caught 116 grapes — one at a time and spitting them out — in three minutes for a new Guinness Book of World Records mark.
Five specially recruited Australian throwers flung grapes at him at the rate of nearly one per second to help him claim his latest title.
He also broke his own Guinness endurance speed record by catching 1203 grapes in half an hour, beating the old mark by 14 — despite a split lip
