Dogs attack TV station

Witnesses say it was like a scene from a movie: four wild dogs surrounding a television and radio studio and viciously attacking members of the staff.

It happened late on Wednesday night just after 11 p.m. outside of Milwaukee's WTMJ studios.

The harrowing ordeal lasted almost two hours.

About a dozen police officers arrived to try and capture the dogs. By 1:30 a.m., authorities were able to capture one dog in a snare and taser three others.

A cleaning crew member was seriously hurt, and the emergency room doctor said she will need plastic surgery on her leg. She required stitches and sedation.

The dogs are now in the custody of Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control.
