Man threw dogs into path of cars

A man who threw dogs into the paths of oncoming cars and launched a tirade of abuse against residents, has been handed a five-year anti-social behaviour order.

Paul Postgate has been banned from keeping dogs after his acts of cruelty and intimidating behaviour across a number of villages in east Cleveland.



Some of the concerns involved his mistreatment of dogs, which appeared to be undernourished and aggressive, and throwing dogs into the path of traffic.

Other incidents included Mr Postgate shouting at people, waving his arms in a threatening manner, possessing a large wooden instrument and appearing to be under the influence of drugs.
