Restaurant's glass roof facing urinary siege

Management at the New York restaurant Delicatessen are asking people to stop urinating on the popular site's glass roof.

Delicatessen officials have even gone so far as posting a sign at the apartment building overlooking the restaurant, asking whoever is behind the urinary attacks to consider a bathroom instead.

"I know not everyone is happy with Delicatessen but, please stop urinating on the glass roof. I have to buy a new a/c because you did not aim correctly! Thank you," the sign reads, referring to an air-conditioning system at the restaurant.

Apartment resident Mickey Campbell said that while he is not the mysterious urinating militant, he isn't opposed to the idea of someone fighting back against the loud nightspot.

Campbell gets woken up nightly by garbage trucks and drunken patrons. The restaurant is filled with "f---ing wankers" and "yuppies, yuppies, yuppies." "I didn't do it," the 45-year-old said. "But I think it's damn funny, whoever did do it."

Apartment-dwellers have complained about the noise from the eatery their building overlooks, particularly its drunken patrons and garbage pick-up.
