When Paula Harkin takes her pets for a walk, passers-by can't believe their eyes.
That's because she's got a Labrador on one lead – and a Shetland pony on the other.
Tiny foal Hope has become a house horse with Paula, 45, nursing her to health after she was rejected by her mum and given only a one-in-five chance of survival.
The six-week-old mini-Shetland has been living in the family's garage in Peacock Close, Abbeymead, and has become a familiar sight in the area for the past month.
And the rest of the Harkin family have taken to the horse helping to feed and look after her.
"We have been taking her for walks since she was two weeks old because she has weak front legs," said Paula. "Some people think it is a different breed of dog."

I find that kind of funny and very unusable
Leave it alone. It is ahdorable and cute. It's in a good place right now, if it wasn't for this family it would have surely died
