Sex-doll threesome man given probation

For his rendezvous with two inflatable dolls, a Cape Coral man was sentenced on Thursday to six months probation. He also was ordered to continue counselling with a psychologist.

The attorney for George J. Bartusek Jr. said her client "was just kidding around."

"Although his behaviour might be considered odd to some people, I don't think it rises to the level of criminal activity," said attorney Kristen Rodger of Naples.

Bartusek, 51, who pleaded no contest, was found guilty of disturbing the peace and trespassing in his Feb. 4 tryst with the two blowup dolls in his Lincoln Town Car parked in front of a Publix on Santa Barbara Boulevard next to a car with children inside.

He caused a stir. "On my arrival, numerous people at the vehicle began yelling and pointing at the vehicle," officer Jeffrey Karau said in his report.

There were two inflatable dolls, one in the back seat and one in the front, the officer's report said. Karau said witnesses told him Bartusek was simulating sex acts with the dolls. "That's absolutely not true," Rodger said.
