Woman facing jail for breaching her sex noise Asbo - Update

The woman given an Anti-Social Behaviour Order for having noisy sex with her husband is facing jail for breaching it after five days. Neighbours made 250 complaints and 23 tapes of Caroline Cartwright, 48, "moaning and screaming" before magistrates banned her from "making excessive noise" last Friday.

But police were called after bleary-eyed locals complained she was at it again on Sunday.

Cartwright, who claims sex helped her lose six stone, said yesterday: "We were making noises for three hours this morning. I can't stop making noise during sex, it's unnatural. I'll appeal." Jobless Cartwright, married to factory worker Steve, 46, for 24 years, has been warned she faces five years' jail.

Police said Cartwright, of Washington, Tyne and Wear, was charged with breach of an Asbo and bailed to appear before Houghton-le-Spring magistrates on Monday.
