Husband misses toilet then wife gets arrested

Deputies have arrested a woman they say slipped in her husband's urine on their bathroom floor and hit him in the face with a glass cup. Deanne Elsholtz is charged with one count of domestic violence.

The Pasco Sheriff's Office said deputies who responded to a 911 call found Deanne's husband, David, with "blood all over his chest and face." David Elsholz told them his wife got mad at him and threw a glass cup at his face, cutting his nose. "He said he didn't want to argue and he just wanted to sleep," according to the official sheriff's report.

In an interview with detectives, Deanne Elsholtz said she was sleeping in her bed when she awoke to David urinating on the bathroom floor. She asked him, "What are you doing?" and he started hitting her in the face with a towel. When he refused to stop, she grabbed a glass cup from her nightstand and threw it at him.
"Deanne ran into the bathroom and slipped on David's pee," the report stated. David followed her and while she was on the floor, kicked her in the ribs.

"It should also be noted there was a large quantity of empty Natural Light cans throughout their bedroom and rest of the house," according to the arrest affidavit. "Both Deanne and David appeared to be extremely intoxicated."

David Elsholz refused medical treatment. His wife, who complained of rib pain, was taken to the hospital, was medically cleared and taken to the Land O'Lakes jail.

The hospital diagnosed me with a broken rib. I was manhandled, and abused that night by the PCSO. I called for help. I couldnt breathe. They dragged me out of my yard over rocks, and when i kept going down on my knees they finally called an ambulance. Funny how the fracture didnt show up until i requested my x-ray.
