Naked cartwheels prove costly for Australian men

Doing cartwheels while naked in front of the Stage Door Bar & Brasserie last month cost two men $200 each when they appeared in Mandurah Magistrates Court.

Kayne John Ottley (24), of Halls Head, and Daniel Robert Morath (20), of Bridgetown, Australia, pleaded guilty to disorderly behaviour in public.



Police said the incident happened at about 4.15am on January 17. The court heard they did the stunt after being encouraged by friends.

Magistrate Terence McIntyre said the financial penalty would “take a bit of the fun out of it”.
