Footage of a wedding that a Gloucestershire woman was given by mistake in 1986 has finally been sent to its owners. Margaret Bonnar handed a film of her young son to Boots in Stroud to get it processed.
But instead of receiving her film, she was given footage of a wedding from Scotland which she has kept ever since. The film was reunited with its owners when the family of the groom spotted the footage on the BBC website.
The store told Ms Bonnar to keep the film while they tried to find hers, which has never been located. The wedding took place in Kinross, Scotland.
Alec Whyte, the father of the groom, said the family could not believe it when they saw the footage. "It's nice to see it turn up after all these years," he said. "It's a part of family history." The groom has now separated from his wife.

Let's hope that didn't hurt to much...
Love always finds a way. Same thing applies to memories of the past. I love this story..

Yes, let's hope that it has had a healing effect, allowing them to take time out to remember the feelings they once had for each other. Let's hope too that it has helped them to 'move on'
