This reporter was given an unexpected dose of breakfast protein when he managed to swallow a massive fly during live television.
NBC correspondent Mark Potter was in Louisiana to report on the BP oil spill for American morning news programme the Today show when the bug started to buzz around his head.
After failing to discourage the insect with a single swat, the fly took another pass and flew straight into the veteran journalist's mouth.
After gulping it down and spluttering, Mr Potter, like a true professional, continued with his report on the Gulf of Mexico oil spill.
