It does look like that, but I found some other videos from the same person, of the same monkey, and you can see there that it's attached to a harness which goes around the monkey's hips.
I DO NOT IN ANY WAY FIND THIS CUTE OR ENTERTAINING!!!!!! I want to know why this monkey is attached? Can the bastard who is videotaping this monkey please STOP! Surely people have eyes to see that this monkey is attached and obviously not free as it should be. The human scum who has posted this needs to think of the welfare of the monkey and release it from the harness or whatever it is that is attached to him/her and give the monkey to a sanctuary. Yes, to me it looks like a rope is attached to his/her skin - i find this video OFFENSIVE AND EXTREMELY CRUEL!!!!!!!!!!!!
