The sign - giving a bridge's maximum load weight as 12 tons - has brought traffic to a halt on the entrance to an industrial estate as truckers struggle to make sense of it.

"One sign says farm vehicles can go through no matter how much they weigh, another gives a local firm the right to put any vehicle across it.
"It's a mess and nobody really knows who can go through and who is banned," said local driver Karol Marcinski."
