A drug dealer stopped by police was found to have a mobile phone attached to his penis with an elastic band.
Leroy Junior Robinson, 27, was also found to be carrying £5780 in cash when he was searched in Edinburgh last year.
The Crown Office said yesterday Edinburgh Sheriff Court had now ordered it confiscated under proceeds of crimes laws. Robinson, from Edinburgh, also had small quantities of drugs and two mobile phones.
A spokesman said: "One of the mobile telephones was disguised as a watch and attached to Mr Robinson's penis by means of an elastic band. Tattooed on his body were the words, 'Get rich or die trying.' Mr Robinson was unable or unwilling to account for the cash in his possession."
