Canadian police are looking to the public to help them find the person responsible for a bizarre theft of prescription pills and taxidermy animals.
Police said sometime between Wednesday and Thursday someone broke into a home in the 400 block of De La Morenie Street in Winnipeg and stole a number of items.
A large quantity of prescription drugs including 300 Tylenol 3 tablets and 300 Oxycocet pills were taken from the home. In addition, two black bear rugs and an assortment of taxidermy animals were taken. A taxidermy silver fox, red fox, fisher and marten were all stolen, police said.
Police reminded the public taking large quantities of either medication alone or with alcohol can be dangerous and even fatal.
