Soooo...I'm guessing the guy had a snorkel on his car? But wtf language were they speaking?
They're speaking English!That's a Birmingham accent, from the West Midlands.
The car did have a snorkel (of sorts) it's on the passenger side of the windscreen. I believe as long as you don't stall and get water too far up the exhaust, as long as the air intake is out of the water you're fine.
