The Bible Society will launch the first Jamaican New Testament Bible, Di Jamiekan Nyuu Testiment, at the Jamaican High Commission in London later today, to bring God’s message to a new generation in a fresh and distinctly Jamaican way.
This version of the New Testament includes the four Gospels and the Book of Revelation. A team of translators from the Bible Society of the West Indies worked with the Department of Linguistics at the University of the West Indies and leading theological institutions in Jamaica over a 10 year period to translate the bible into patois, Jamaica’s local language.
The Reverend Courtney Stewart, general secretary of the Bible Society of the West Indies, said having the Bible in Jamaican means the language has ‘come of age’. "It’s a time of tremendous rejoicing and celebration," he said. "It is a recognition that our language is a bona fide language and it is worthy enough to convey the Word of God to us."

No it does not, god-bot. The bible is a worthless pile of nonsense, fact. The only thing it's good for is toilet paper. And as for this god thing, provide the evidence for its existence.
there are many evidence, however u would have to search and find them for yourself, but don't just say something is nonsense because you haven't found any evidence for its existence, for you yourself have no form of evidence that it doesn't exist. such example of an evidence can be the very air you inhale, or the wind when it touches your skin.Although you have no idea what it is and you don't know how it exist but the fact that you can feel it means that it exist and despite the fact that science has figured it out doesn't mean they have figured out everything. think about this everything that is scientific has advantages and disadvantages if it is so factual why cant it be perfect?, why does everything have to have side effects?, because science cannot figure this world out completely which means their must be some supreme being. its just up to you to seek that higher power. question, why did you even come to the site if all you wanted to do was to bash the bible itself,whether it matters or not i must say it is a contradictory case.
