I broke my back and in the 33 years since I did it I've never felt compelled to do that!

No problem. I was climbing on the railings of the sea wall and fell off the wrong side. It's a twenty foot drop and the tide was out.Entirely my fault.

Actually no. I did have problems for a long time as a result and still don't have full movement in my lower back.
