A deer that became stuck inside a Pittsburgh-area business on Tuesday morning damaged the store for about 30 minutes before escaping.
According to Jill Horvatic, who was inside Stout Carpeting on Castle Shannon Boulevard, the deer ran through the store for about 30 minutes causing a lot of damage.
“Honest to God, I was shaking. I haven’t felt like that ever in my life,” Horvatic said. “For 20 minutes all I heard was banging and glass shattering. It was horrifying.”

Police eventually arrived and set up barricades in hopes of safely leading the deer out of the store. No injuries were reported in the incident, but the store was damaged.
