Science says, "The solution to pollution is dilution." Meanwhile, back in "civilized" countries, garbage is concentrated and hidden, (buried), preserving said garage indefinitely. They are starting to find it is actually a very valuable resource, (garbage collection companies should be paying us for the use of our "garbage").
