Archer struggled with and attempted to strike officers. However, based on his mug shot, the officers appeared more adept at landing their blows, leaving him with wounds bearing a striking resemblance to the store's smiley face logo.
Archer spent four days in jail before being bailed out on Wednesday. He is scheduled for a February 4 appearance in General Sessions court.
