Man wearing dress threw concrete at car

Police in Orlando, Florida are looking for a man last seen dressed in women’s clothing and a wig for allegedly throwing a drink and a lump of concrete at a car on Tuesday.



According to the women in the car, the man was asking for a ride at an intersection. The women refused, and that's when things got ugly. The man, who was dressed in a blue dress, silver boots and a wig, first threw a drink at the car, police said.

Police said the driver, Corsica Cleveland, continued and stopped at the intersection, where the man caught up with her and threw a piece of concrete through the front passenger window. Police said the concrete nearly missed the passenger in the car. Cleveland said it was the scariest thing that's ever happened to her. She was in the car with her two friends and her 5-year-old daughter.

"We were scared. We were in fear for our lives. We were scared because he could have had a gun or something because he had a purse," said Cleveland. The man was last seen walking south. Orlando police said the man is 5 feet 7 inches tall and was wearing a short, cropped ladies wig and may frequent that area.
