Wow! That was really unusual! You wouldn't think a dog would tolerate it. I wonder how that relationship developed?

And I wonder how they got the possums to attach to the dog?

Is there a special signal? Toot-toot, all aboard the opossum transport. I'd just be concerned if any of them decided to get off mid-journey. Then you're stuck trying to round up possum-lets and put them back on a dog.

Baby Opossums naturally cling to their mother or any other living animal if used as a substitute. They have fingers and are most likely grabbing hold of the dog's fur to remain attached
