Woman stopped while driving with a 15-foot tree embedded in front of car suspected of DUI

At around 11pm on Jan. 23, police were contacted about a car spotted driving in west suburban Roselle, Illinois.

The car had a 15-foot tree sticking straight up out of its front end. Roselle Deputy Police Chief Roman Tarchala said an officer stopped the car.

The driver said she had hit a tree somewhere, but couldn’t remember where. The officer also noticed the airbags had been deployed, apparently from hitting the tree.

Oh man, I was really hoping in the video to hear the officer call that in and explain what he was pulling over. Ha.
