Runaway pet pig enticed home with apples

A runaway pet pig has been reunited with its owner after the creature was spotted wandering around the north-east of Adelaide, Australia.

The large pig, called Peggy Sue, was reported at large at about 7:00pm on Friday by a motorist.



Police said patrols secured Peggy Sue in the backyard of a nearby house after a short foot chase.

Police then tracked down the owner, who was able to get Peggy Sue to walk home by enticing her with apples.
