Miss Rosebud, a little red flying-fox orphan aged about 6 days old, panics when she drops her dummy (pacifier).
Baby bats are used to having their mother's nipple in their mouths all the time, and if they're holding on with their mouths they can't fall.
So if they lose their dummy they get upset and feel insecure.
