Swiss Named the Big Cheese
An Emmentaler Swiss cheese
with near perfect distribution of holes
took top honours at the World Championship Cheese Contest.
In other cheese related news,
Mauritanians make cheese from camel milk.
Camel milk chocolate is also being developed.
