Fashion Crime Puts Ex-Con Back In Jail

Joseph Azter took his prison-issue windbreaker with him when he was released from the California Institution for Men in Chino.

Several alarmed residents saw him standing on a street corner in with "CDC prisoner" spelled out on the back and called authorities to report an escaped inmate.

Police arrested him for investigation of possessing stolen property.
