My name is Amy Ritchie. I am 19 years old and located in Statesville, NC.
I am a licensed taxidermist, a member of the North Carolina and National Taxidermists Associations, and nationally certified by the NTA. I have been practicing taxidermy for over six years, specializing in small mammals and gameheads. I enjoy competing and I have competed at state, national, and world level competitions for the past four years. In 2003 I won the National Champion small mammal title at the Nationals.
Taxidermy is more than just a business to me - it is my passion. Nothing makes me more proud than producing a beautiful mount that will be enjoyed forever! Over the years I have done many mounts for local, as well as out-of-state, customers. I am best known for my small mammal mounts which I like to do best - especially squirrels - but I also enjoy doing deer and gamehead mounts.
