This is French born singer France Gall who represented Luxembourg in the 1965 Eurovision Song Contest and won.
This however, which translated into English means I found my dog, is a very strange performance from sometime I imagine in the early 1960's.
Halfway through it all stops and a guy saws a dog in half. (Not a real one).
Then it gets even stranger.
