Woman reports man at library kissed her feet, sucked her toe

A 27-year-old township woman had a strange man kissing her feet — literally.

The woman told police she was in a study room at the Boardman branch of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County about 6 p.m. Tuesday when a man came in and asked if she wanted to participate in his sociology project.

The man, whom she described as 20 to 25 years old with a thin build and black curly hair, told her that he had to kiss people's feet and record their reactions.

The woman declined but eventually relented when he insisted.

He briefly kissed the bottom of her foot and then without notice, he began to suck on her toe and she pulled her foot away.

When he asked her reaction she said she was "freaked out," according to a police report. The woman left the room, went to her car, got some hand sanitizer and applied it to her foot.
