A Hunker man reached a plea agreement earlier this week after being charged with sending a severed cow's head to a Montgomery County man earlier this year.
The victim started to receive a series of threats through mail and e-mail from May through September of this year.
Jason Fife, 30, was arrested after investigators seized his laptop computer, linking him to the e-mails.
A week after Fife was arrested, investigators received a report that the victim received a UPS package at his home containing a severed cow's head.
Fife faces charges of making terrorist threats, stalking, harassment by communication and disorderly conduct.
