A massive ship hits a not so big bridge

How did this happen?

I trawled (geddit?) YouTube, but couldn't find this clip anywhere.

Update: Once again many thanks to KansasCow for searching out a YouTube link.

Apparently this happened in November 2001 on the Welland Canal, (which is on the Canadian side of the Great Lakes, she thinks), when a road bridge dropped onto the MV Windoc. There were no injuries.
