Positive energy and all of that.
She's not been well for a while and her doctor diagnosed her as having high blood pressure and prescribed her with the applicable pills.
To cut a long story short, a few of days ago she went to Wales to spend Christmas and the New Year with her sister and family. Anyway, she had a bit of a turn resulting in an ambulance being called.
It turns out she doesn't have high blood pressure at all, but that she's extremely anaemic and has been rushed into hospital where she has to have an endoscopy and a blood transfusion sometime later on today.
I know I should be in Wales now, but I didn't find out about this until quite late on yesterday and am now waiting for a phone call from my Aunt.
I'm therefore not sure what I'll doing in the next few days, but if you could please find space in your hearts for a thought or a prayer for my dear old Mum I'd be most grateful.
