Piano salesman plays the nose trumpet

A musician has found fame with a rather unusual instrument - his nose.

Mark Goodwin, 27, recorded a song in his bedroom using his hands, mouth and nose and posted it online on a blog. Within a few weeks he was contacted by a television producer who wanted to screen it on Channel 4.

Mark, a piano salesman, from Dogford Road, Royton said: "I have been doing the blog since 2004 as a bit of a hobby. "Sometimes I like to do comic videos which amuse me and the nose trumpet seemed like a good idea at the time."

The bizarre tune of pops, squirts, squeaks and nasal humming is a surprisingly musical, but Mark warns it is not as easy as it looks.
