While there may be a few late night comings and goings, the chances of the property being burgled are zero and there's no need for the residents to sign up to Neighbourhood Watch.
The building is none other than Ashbourne's police station which has been put up for sale by its current owners, a family group of trustees.
But the buyer can forget about moving in because the 3,500sq ft three-storey building in Compton will be occupied by Ashbourne police for the next four years.
