A teenager born with no lower arms has come second in a national drumming contest.
Cornel Hrisca-Munn, 15, uses sticks strapped to his upper limbs. A false leg — in place of an amputated deformed limb — works the bass pedal.
He was adopted by Brits Ken and Doreen Munn from a Romanian orphange in 1994 — and beat 441 percussionists in the Young Drummer of the Year at Leamington Spa, Warwicks.
Cornel, of Whittington, Worcs, said: “Missing a few limbs doesn’t stop me from doing the thing I love most.”
