Love is in the air - Join the mile high club

Amorous couples can take their relationship to new heights with the launch of the passion plane at Gloucestershire Airport.Cheltenham rugby club player and entrepreneur Mike Crisp says he can help romance take-off with his new airline service which allows lovers to join the Mile High Club.

Passionate passengers can enjoy steamy clinches at an altitude of 5,280ft, one mile high, while flying over some of the county's top beauty spots.



The new service has its own version of economy, premium and first-class seats with three different tiers of tickets.

It costs £250 for a half-an-hour quickie, £450 for a standard hour and £750 for a 90-minute flight.

Mile High Flights is the brainchild of Mike and pal Tom Hanks, a commercial pilot. It will be launched at the Staverton airport.
