Chris Huskinson, 22, of Burton upon Trent, was asking for trouble as he left his Fiesta in Birmingham yesterday.



A grinning warden hit him with a £30 fine as his time had expired and took a picture to show pals. Chris — who has had £300 in fines so far — said: “This makes me hate wardens even more.”
