Reservoir could be turned into a home

Anyone with a hankering to live underground may be keen to view a property on sale in Devon.

Woolbrook Reservoir in Sidmouth was last used in 2003 by South West Water and "with a little imagination and investment" it could now be turned into a family home.

Plans have been drawn up to convert the 25m-diameter, domed, concrete drum set within a hill into a four-bedroom property.

Offers in the region of £250,000 are being sought for the 1.2-acre site.
