A man has been living in a disabled toilet for weeks and even gets mail sent to the address.
Recently Simon Norris, 46, who is trying to sort out his housing situation, received a letter from the Bournemouth Churches Housing Association (BCHA) addressed to The Disabled Toilet, The Lower Pleasure Gardens, Bournemouth.
Mr Norris, who has been homeless for several months, said he is in urgent need of housing and has been in touch with Bournemouth Borough Council and the BCHA.
Former Big Issue seller Mr Norris obtained the keys to his temporary home from the tourist information centre by paying £3.
Operations manager for the BCHA Des Persse said: "I appreciate that out of context the letter does look bad."
He said that this was the address that Mr Norris had provided on a form and so it was the address the association had to reply to.
