Michael Wiley, 40, could be jailed for up to five years for repeatedly breaking the law and getting behind the wheel.
Wiley drives his green Corvette by putting his arm stump into the steering wheel gap and using his chest to control the speedy vehicle.
He has also got himself into scraps with police officers, reportedly being arrested twice for kicking officers with his one leg.
"I think he needs to do prison time. He needs to do five years, and that's what we're asking for," said Michael Halkitis of the Florida State Attorney's Office.
