One-armed driver Tracie Simpson has been refused a special parking permit — for not being disabled enough.
The call centre worker, 42, was told by her local council she would have to be without both arms to qualify, even though she is registered disabled.
The mum of four, from York, has to struggle long distances across car parks with her shopping.
She slammed York City Council as “pathetic”.
